AQUAFIT DEEP: This class, done entirely in deep water, is a challenging total body workout to help improve strength, definition and endurance.
AQUAFIT Intervals: This intermediate deep and shallow water workout improves strength and cardio fitness in timed intervals designed to give you a full body workout without the stressful impact on your body.
AQUA JOCKS: This sports-inspired, HIGH INTENSITY class uses Tabata intervals to bring out your inner athlete!
AQUA ZUMBA™: Dance your way into shape with this fun and invigorating low-impact, shallow water workout. Known as the Zumba “pool party”, the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout.
BODYATTACK™: A sports-inspired interval training class that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises to challenge every participant.
BODYBARRE: This fusion of pilates-inspired exercises and dance-based moves targets the parts of your body that need it most - legs, hips and abs!
BODYPOWER: With the same format as Les Mills BodyPump™, this class challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls matched to music to create a simple, fun and effective way to strength train that gives you fantastic results!
Boot Camp: Boot Camp involves alternating aerobic intervals such as plyometrics, jump rope, and athletic drills with strengthening intervals to give you a workout that is intense yet easy to follow.
RPM™ Cycle: This class combines basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques to give you a unique exercise experience. Bring a water bottle with you to stay properly hydrated during cycle classes.
Gentle Yoga: Designed for those who want to feel refreshed and rejuvenated, this gentler version of traditional yoga uses movements that are modified to give the benefits of yoga – relaxation, improved range of motion, and decreased joint pain.
Insanity®: Includes cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. It all happens in long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest so you can burn maximum calories in only 30 minutes!
Muscleworks : A class for all fitness levels designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. Each major muscle group is targeted using a variety of resistance equipment. If you want to lose body fat and sculpt your muscles, this class is a must.
P90X LIVE™: This class offers a variety of intense routines from cardio to strength training, plyometrics, ab work, and more!
Pilates: Pilates offers a functional approach to strength and flexibility training. Pilates exercises are created to strengthen abdominal and back muscles by developing pelvic stability and abdominal control.
Piloxing™: Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat-torching, muscle-sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both fun and challenging.
Power Yoga: Power yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga in which a set of series of poses are linked by vinyasa (flowing movement) with the breath, producing internal heat and energy.
StepJam: This energizing step workout is choreographed to the latest music to keep you moving and singing along. Step Jam includes plyometrics and power intervals to challenge every fitness level. Step up to the challenge and take this class!!
Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do: A fun, Korean Martial Art design to promote discipline, respect, confidence and a good positive attitude. This class is FREE to all UFC members. However, there is a $20.00 fee for testing that results in a belt color change. This fee is paid directly to the instructor, Jeffrey Davis.
TRX™ Classes: TRX suspension training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. TRX classes are designed to build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. Our TRX Interval and Tabata classes use the TRX system exclusively, while the TRX Boot Camp class incorporates the TRX system along with boot camp-style drills.
Turbokick™: Turbokick™ is one of the hottest kickbox fusion classes around! This class combines kickbox, athletic drills, sports drills, and hip hop flavor for a workout you won’t forget.
U-JAM FITNESS®: U-Jam Fitness® combines the grittiness of adrenaline-based urban beats from around the world with easy-to-follow choreography so everyone, everywhere has the potential to get their Jam on!
Yoga: An ancient discipline for cultivating physical, mental, and spiritual health. Yoga is a series of carefully designed postures with a strong emphasis on breathing, concentration, and flexibility. You’ll strengthen the body while calming the mind.
YogaBURN: YogaBURN unites yoga and sport in a refreshing and unique journey. Engage your mind and body using sun salutations, plyometric hops and lunges, balance and strength poses, twisting and lengthening positions, and more.
ZUMBA™: - ZUMBA™ is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, and energizing workout. You won’t even realize you are exercising with the party-like atmosphere where EVERYONE can dance!
