We are so excited to have you back at UFC this Fall! Remember to bring in your Fall 2017 "Student Detail Schedule" along with a valid form of ID to gain access to the facility. The schedule must be printed off and show "Student Detail Schedule." This applies to Full and Part Time students. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call us at 256-824-5500. Group Exercise Announcement!

Look for these special events in October:

HIIT the BARRE Class: Wednesday nights at 5:30pm and scheduled weekends, this 45-minute, fat-torching class combines toning barre exercises with high-intensity cardio intervals!

Insanity™: Join Robert for on Saturday, October 22nd at 9:00am for this special 30-minute Insanity™ class where you will do cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. Monday night Insanity™ class is now in Room A.

RPM™ Cycle: Join Lela, Susan and Val for the NEWRPM™ Release 76 Cycle class on Monday, October 23rd at 5:30pm. RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. All participants go into a drawing for CA$H and prizes!

BODYATTACK™:Join us forthe NEW BODYATTACK™Release 98 on Thursday, October 26th at 5:30pm. BODYATTACK™ is a sports-inspired, interval workout that combines aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises to challenge every participant at any fitness level! Wear a Halloween costume and you could win CA$H and prizes!

StepJam New Release 29: Join Caitlin, Gloria and Laurie forStepJam Release 29onMonday, October 30th at 4:30pm.StepJamis UFC’s exclusive step aerobics class like no other step class in the area. Choreographed to the latest music to keep you moving and singing along,StepJamincludes plyometrics and power intervals to challenge every fitness level. Step up to the challenge and take this class! Wear a Halloween costume and you could win CA$H and prizes!

AQUA Boot Camp

AQUA Boot Camp: Want a high intensity class without the stressful impact? This deep and shallow water workout challenges you from head to toe yet leaves you feeling great. Experience the athletic power of Boot Camp like never before!

AQUA Circuit & Intervals

AQUA Circuit & Intervals: From deep to shallow water and utilizing a variety of fitness equipment, you will experience strength and cardio intervals designed to give you a full body workout.

AQUA HIIT Training

AQUA HIIT Training: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) takes you to your highest exercise intensity in short bursts followed by lower intensity recovery sets for a calorie-torching workout in shallow water.

AQUA Strength & Stretch

AQUA Strength & Stretch: Improve head to toe strength in this class held in both deep and shallow water.


AQUA ZUMBA™: Dance your way into shape with this fun and invigorating low-impact, shallow water workout.  Known as the Zumba “pool party”, the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout.


BODYATTACK™: A sports-inspired interval training class that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises to challenge every participant.


BODYBARRE: This fusion of pilates-inspired exercises and dance-based moves targets the parts of your body that need it most - legs, hips and abs!


BODYPOWER: With the same format  as Les Mills BodyPump™, this class challenges all major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls matched to music to create a simple, fun and effective way to strength train that gives you fantastic results!

Boot Camp

Boot Camp: Boot Camp involves alternating aerobic intervals such as plyometrics, jump rope, and athletic drills with strengthening intervals to give you a workout that is intense yet easy to follow.

Butts & Guts

Butts & Guts: For those of you who want to improve the ‘rear view’, and tighten your abs, this 30-minute class targets the lower body and abdominal muscles.


ButiYoga: ButiYoga transforms your BODY & SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement and conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice.

Cycle & RPM™

Cycle & RPM™: This class combines basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques to give you a unique exercise experience. Bring a water bottle with you to stay properly hydrated during cycle classes.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga: Designed for those who want to feel refreshed and rejuvenated, this gentler version of traditional yoga uses movements that are modified to give the benefits of yoga – relaxation, improved range of motion, and decreased joint pain.


Insanity®: Includes cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. It all happens in long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest so you can burn maximum calories in only 30 minutes!


Jazz Fusion: Learn fun jazz steps and choreography! You’ll experience the exciting energy of jazz dance and get a workout too! No dance experience needed; just wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes with little or no tread.


Muscleworks : A class for all fitness levels designed to improve muscular strength and endurance. Each major muscle group is targeted using a variety of resistance equipment. If you want to lose body fat and sculpt your muscles, this class is a must.


P90X LIVE™: This class offers a variety of intense routines from cardio to strength training, plyometrics, ab work, and more!


Pilates: Pilates offers a functional approach to strength and flexibility training. Pilates exercises are created to strengthen abdominal and back muscles by developing pelvic stability and abdominal control.


Piloxing™: Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat-torching, muscle-sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both fun and challenging.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga: Power yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga in which a set of series of poses are linked by vinyasa (flowing movement) with the breath, producing internal heat and energy.


StepJam: This energizing step workout is choreographed to the latest music to keep you moving and singing along. Step Jam includes plyometrics and power intervals to challenge every fitness level. Step up to the challenge and take this class!!

Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do: A fun, Korean Martial Art design to promote discipline, respect, confidence and a good positive attitude. This class is FREE to all UFC members. However, there is a $20.00 fee for testing that results in a belt color change. This fee is paid directly to the instructor, Jeffrey Davis.

TRX™ Classes

TRX™ Classes: TRX suspension training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. TRX classes are designed to build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. Our TRX Interval and Tabata classes use the TRX system exclusively, while the TRX Boot Camp class incorporates the TRX system along with boot camp-style drills.


Turbokick™: Turbokick™ is one of the hottest kickbox fusion classes around! This class combines kickbox, athletic drills, sports drills, and hip hop flavor for a workout you won’t forget.


Yoga: An ancient discipline for cultivating physical, mental, and spiritual health. Yoga is a series of carefully designed postures with a strong emphasis on breathing, concentration, and flexibility. You’ll strengthen the body while calming the mind.


YogoBURN:  YogaBURN unites yoga and sport in a refreshing and unique journey. Engage your mind and body using sun salutations, plyometric hops and lunges, balance and strength poses, twisting and lengthening positions, and more.


ZUMBA™: - ZUMBA™ is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, and energizing workout. You won’t even realize you are exercising with the party-like atmosphere where EVERYONE can dance!
