5k & 10k Training


UFinish is back! University Fitness Center's first small group training is back for round two. This time, the goal race is The Monte Sano Trail Run on September 2, 2017. Participants will be charged $135 for a total of 20 training sessions (2 training sessions per week) with RRCA Certified Rebecca Dotson. We have found that keeping the training sessions small has helped runners exceed their goals and stay motivated, so sign up today to claim your spot! Sign ups are available now on Sign Up Genius. Simply click here to register. Training starts on June 27th for 5k trainees and June 28th for 10k trainees. We will see you at the finish line!
